How Twitter changes marketing forever, a simple explanation

* Nearby Tweets allows businesses to search through real–time conversations on Twitter in geographic segments plus they can search with keywords and specify a search radius.
* Now you can keep your ear to the ground, listen to the current 'buzz' and react to it before it becomes yesterdays news.
* Word of mouth is fast replacing traditional advertising methods, and how you respond to positive or negative customer experiences could potentially make or break your business.
* For example, if a customer praises you, send them a coupon. If a customer complains, follow-up personally. In both cases, you’re likely to yield loyalty in return.
